Dashboard Overview
The Clinivoz Dashboard is your command center. Every time you log in, this is where you'll land — giving you a real-time snapshot of what's happening in your clinic.
What's on the Dashboard​
The dashboard is divided into several key sections:
1. Lead Pipeline Summary​
A quick count of how many leads are currently in each stage of your client pipeline. For example:
- New Inquiry — 4
- Evaluation Scheduled — 2
- Awaiting Insurance — 6
- Active Client — 31
Click any stage to jump directly to that pipeline view.
2. Recent Activity Feed​
A live stream of the latest actions in your account: new form submissions, incoming messages, appointment bookings, and completed tasks. This is especially useful first thing in the morning to catch anything that came in overnight.
3. Tasks Due Today​
Any tasks assigned to you or your team that are due today appear here. Clicking a task opens the associated contact record so you can take action immediately.
4. Conversations Snapshot​
Unread message count across all channels — SMS, email, and calls. A red badge means someone is waiting on a reply.
5. Appointment Overview​
A mini calendar showing today's scheduled appointments. Click any appointment to view details or add notes.
Customizing Your Dashboard​
You can adjust what widgets appear on your dashboard to match your role.
Steps:
- Click the Edit Dashboard button (pencil icon, top right of the dashboard).
- Drag and drop widgets to rearrange them.
- Toggle widgets on or off based on what's relevant to you.
- Click Save Layout.
Recommended widget setup by role:

Dashboard Shortcuts​
Use these quick-access shortcuts to jump to common actions without navigating the sidebar:

Reading the Numbers​
Here's how to interpret the key metrics you'll see on the dashboard:
Leads by Pipeline Stage This shows you your intake pipeline health. If you see a buildup in a particular stage (e.g., "Awaiting Authorization"), it signals a bottleneck that needs attention.
Unread Conversations A high unread count means families are waiting. Best practice is to respond within 2 business hours — Clinivoz automations can help you send an immediate acknowledgment while your team catches up.
Tasks Overdue These appear in red. Overdue tasks often represent follow-ups that slipped through. Prioritize clearing these each morning.
Navigating Back to the Dashboard​
No matter where you are in the platform, you can return to the Dashboard by clicking the home icon at the top of the left sidebar, or by clicking your clinic logo.
